Accessing the Web Client
What you will need
Valid credentials for your phone extension (username and password)
The URL for your phone system (from your welcome email)
A working Internet connection
Step 1: Set Your Extension Password
Open the welcome email and click the password setup link provided. Example:
You'll be taken to a page where you can set your new password. Enter and confirm your desired password.
Step 2: Log In to the Web Client
Once your password is set, you’ll either be automatically redirected to the login page or you can manually open the login link. Example:
Example link: https://abc.mycloudvoice.biz/login
Step 3: Enter Your Login Details
• Username: Your PBX extension number
• Password: The password you created (or was provided to you)
Click Log In to access your web client.
Using the Linkus Desktop Application
Prerequisites
Download the Linkus Desktop app from the appropriate link below:
• Windows: Download for Windows
• macOS: Download for Mac
Login via Link (Recommended Method)
Copy the login link from your Linkus welcome email.
Open the Linkus Desktop application.
Click the profile icon (top-right corner).
Paste the login link into the input field and click LOG IN.
When prompted, click Confirm to proceed.
Manual Login (Alternative Method)
Open the Linkus app.
Enter your login details:
o Username: Your PBX extension number
o Password: Your extension password
o Domain: The PBX domain provided (e.g., xyz.mycloudvoice.biz)
Using the Linkus Mobile Application
Prerequisites
Install the Linkus app from:
• iOS (App Store) https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/linkus-mobile-client/id1158760574?mt=8
• Android (Google Play Store)https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yeastar.linkus
Login via QR Code
Open the Linkus Mobile app.
Scan the QR code available on your web client dashboard.
The app will automatically detect your account information.
Click OK to confirm and log in.
