The Cloud Management Console for MyCloud Online Backup 2.0 provides you with full control over the configuration of the client computers that you are backing up as well as users, contacts and other settings. You can access online portal here:

You will be provided with login details when you sign up for MyCloud Online Backup 2.0.

Recovery Console

The Recovery Console allows the user to recover files from a backup client that is inaccessible.
