Configuring Cisco ATA with MyCloud Voice

Configuring Cisco ATA with MyCloud Voice.

• Connect Cisco ATA ethernet port with switch or machine directly from where you can manage Cisco ATA. Default IP address for ATA is 192.168.15.1
• Connect Cisco ATA internet port with switch or router from where Cisco ATA can access the internet. It will get IP via DHCP.
• Configure machine to use 192.168.15.X IP and access Cisco ATA at http://192.168.15.1. You need to login using default username and password as admin // admin.

• Navigate to Voice, and expand Line 1.

• Configure following settings and click submit.

1. 1. Proxy - mycloudvoice01.ecloudserv.net:5060
   2. Display Name – Display Name
   3. User ID – Extension number
   4. Password – Secret received from your MyCloud Voice order.
   5. Auth ID – Extension number.

• The phone will redirect or else you can click on hyperlink to get back to status.

• Click on information tab and you will see line 1 status as registered, you can plug the phone to line 1 and start using it.
