Setting Up Outlook for MyCloud Exchange Services

Downloading applications from the Control Panel

1.    Go to https://cp.ecloudserv.net and login with the credentials provided by Cerberus
2.    Click on Service – Software Downloads and download required application.

Installing Outlook 2010

1.    Extract the ISO file using 7ZIP application (freeware application can be download from http://www.7-zip.org/download.html) or burn a CD using the ISO file.
2.    Run the Setup file from the package.
3.    Accept license agreement and click Continue

4.    Click on Install Now.

5.    Click on Close.

Configuring your e-mail account settings

1.    Go to https://cp.ecloudserv.net and login with the credentials provided by Cerberus
2.    Click on Service – Exchange – Configuration – Outlook Profile


3.    Click on the Download option under Outlook Profile Setup without making any changes

4.    Run the downloaded application and follow the option until finish. It will ask for your password and will then configure the new outlook profile with the required settings automatically.

How to access E-mail over the Web using Outlook Web Application

1.    Go to https://exchange.ecloudserv.net
2.    Provide username as e-mail ID and password provided by Cerberus
